Description:
SD Card Reader Module, is
designed for dual I/O voltages. This module provides a simple solution for
transferring data to and from a standard SD card. It is directly compatible not
only with Arduino but also with other microcontrollers. The module
features an SPI interface, which is compatible with any SD card, and it
operates with a 5V or 3.3V power supply, making it compatible with Arduino
UNO and Arduino Mega.
The SD Card Reader Module has
a wide range of applications, including data logging, audio, video, and
graphics. The module comes with a total of six pins: GND, VCC, MISO, MOSI, SCK,
and CS. Here’s a brief overview of the pin out:
- GND: Ground
- VCC: Power supply
- MISO, MOSI, SCK: SPI bus
- CS: Chip select signal pin
The module also includes
a 3.3V regulator circuit with an LDO (Low Dropout) regulator that
outputs 3.3V, functioning as a level converter for the micro SD card supply.
