A Darlington transistor array for
controlling high-voltage loads with low-power logic signals. Perfect for
driving motors and relays.
Description:
The ULN2003 is a high-voltage,
high-current Darlington transistor array designed to drive inductive
loads such as relays, stepper motors, and LEDs. It consists of seven
NPN Darlington pairs with integrated freewheeling diodes for driving
high-power loads directly from microcontrollers or logic circuits.
